Hyp yoga on the other hand is a type of yoga which uses hypnosis. Combining yoga and hypnosis is said to produce extreme relaxation by opening the mind to profound changes in the body. The synergy created by this combination is powerful as to do them separately. This kind of exercise usually takes 60 minutes. During the yoga class, it is important to be in a relaxing pose so that it could be easier to be guided into their subconscious. Reducing chronic pain and even help you quit smoking are 2 most important benefits of this exercise.
Yoga is indeed beyond physical fitness. It’s fitness for mind together with body.
