World Literacy Canada: A Healthy Vision for Tomorrow

World Literacy Canada strongly believes that a healthy community, whether it is children or mothers, is an essential part of our developmental efforts. Keeping with this philosophy, WLC focuses largely on preventative medicine and health‐issues related education. Severe but easily avoidable ailments and a lack of family planning are all prevalent in the communities we serve, which have no regular access to medical support.
