@Xuchilbara I know what my last priorites are, ive been working out for 3 years and amonly 19. I have alot of experience being and athlete ( am a WR for the Dublin Rebels) and a lifter so I know very well what my priorites are!

@BlackBelt10101 why would you want to do that when you can give your max on legs only and thus increase muscle growth in the legs which leads to higher lean body mass which leads to higher metabolism?
shoulders are also important when doing chest so you wouldn’t want your shoulders to fail while you’re doing chest cause that would affect another big muscle workout. biceps triceps and shoulders should be your last priority.

Is it true that working your legs (e.g quads and hamstrings) is the most important workout in order to develop good all round muscle physic? if so, if your lagging in a muscle body part like shoulders, should you train your shoulders on the same day as legs to promote your testostorone levels to increase muscle growth???

@moddingpc Tabata burpees shouldn’t promote muscle loss in the presence of proper training and nutrition, but why would you want to do them? Check out my TSC Super Cardio Vids instead. CK.

@richnshara Spin Class is for girls. LOL, jk. Spin class is a great bonus activity. It’s doesn’t have the power to truly transform your body the TSC Heart of a Champion Program can, but it’s a good bonus activity to burn fat and increase aerobic capacity. CK.

yea i thin its all about how badly do u want it. like right now im getting ready for bootcamp and im running and doing my workouts four days a week. im required to do it once a week but this is how badly i want it
