I’ve lost over forty pounds (210 to 165ish) on my own after much research on proper diet and then being disciplined and following a healthy eating schedule. I am really happy I found this video involving the concept of insulin, especially considering that is the last thing I am trying to burn off (love handles)! Chef, should I count the calories of the supplements in my 1200 calorie a day plan? The box of fish oil said to not exceed the stated dose per day, maximum of three 300mg tabs!!

@runek12 Whole grain is actually worse for you if you trying to lose wieght. It’s somthing about your body not being able to adapt or somthing. My brothers a seal and they told him not to eat whole grain because our bodies can’t digest the whole grains completly. Although it’s healthy, it makes you fatterxD
