    nks wise woman, it’s just I was worried about the hole in the lid letting out any oils. Oh and susun, I watched a documentary you may like called “Did cooking make us human?” the only prroblem is I don’t know if you can use bbc iplayer in america?

    it is wonderful to hear you have found a diet to help you health…

    However, it takes heat or fermentation, and time to make the nutrients and enzymes (whatever they do contain) available in vegetables and fruits, particularly minerals. In fact freshly juiced fruits and vegetables contain no minerals or enzymes since juicing does not break down the cell walls.

    erm, drinking green smoothies saved my life.. of course i use a commercial blender or juicer to break the cell walls of the greens.. doing so has been the only thing that has helped my cartilage infection I’ve had for years so while I agree with you on alot of stuff. I beg to differ on the raw foods. that kid died because his mom didn’t wash the veggies before using them… that bacteria is from animals pooping in the fields. so wash your veggies. many nutrients are totally removed by heating.
