If you think the abs are just one big muscle, need to read a bit more. This exercise seems to gently work the transverse. If you really want a six pack, you will need a slant board. 3 reg situps on a slantboard will feel about the same as 50 of these.

This guy is just a complete noob. He talks a lot to make himself sound knowledgeable and smart which he isn’t because #1 You cant exercise JUST your lower abs because its one big muscle and #2 he is sitting there with his ugly clothing and beer belly giving advice and obviously dont know anything and #3 He probably never exercised and #4 he probably just have a PhD in this which means he has spend all his time in the office theorizing about exercising abs.

lots os CARDIO and a very strict DIET. abdominal execirses does not burn fat and u just need very basics ones a few times a week. shit video.
