Yes I know you are going to tell me that you have never heard of pole dancing lessons for fitness before. Well that may be so but that doesn’t stop it from being a great way to workout. The reason that it is becoming more popular is that it is fun and also a social event.
While we are on the subject of fun I really want to emphasise the importance of enjoying your workouts. You and I both know that you will only acheive your ultimate goal through hard work and maintaing your routine. There are no shortcuts. You have to put the work in so why not enjoy it?

I know that you are probably saying that they aren’t something that you would be interested in but just isn’t true. The are many different people doing them from all different backgrounds. You have men and women doing it and even young and old.
There are a number of reasons why it makes a great workout. To start with you have the pole. The pole makes for a great resistant workout. If you imagine the moves that you might be performing against the pole you will see how this will help with your strength.
As well as helping with strength it will also help with other fitness areas. It is a great form of aerobic exercise and you will notice that after a few pole dancing lessons that you will be less out of breath each time.
