Bowling Green’s Parks and Recreation Department, Wood County Health Department and the BG Area Chamber of Commerce are holding a lunch time walk at City Park to celebrate National Employee Health and Fitness Day. Participants should bring a sack lunch to the Martin and Kiwanis shelters anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Johnson Named Director of First Fitness Sports Enhancement Program
First Fitness is proud to announce that Andy Johnson will be the director of Yankton’s #1 Sports Enhancement program. Johnson, a nutrition, exercise, and health sciences major is currently at the University of Nebraska assisting with their strength and conditioning program. Andy wrestled for the Yankton Bucks and won 2 state championships. He was also chosen as an all state football player.
