It seems that this might of started to help but did not result in the focusing you desired. No matter how hard you try to focus it just doesn’t help. It even seems that the more attention you give to making sure all the conditions are right, you actually focus worse. You find yourself gazing out the window or lost in thought while your project still sits there unfinished.
In many cases, people are not addressing the real cause of their poor focusing issue . After all, if you do not know what you need to do or what your goal is, it can be difficult to get started.
Establishment of your goals and desires in life is more than likely needed now in your life. Decide where you want to go and what you want to do. If your goal turns out to be difficult to achieve, break it down into several smaller goals that are easier to tackle. You need a plan to be able to achieve anything in life.
A plan helps you focus on the task at hand by helping you overcome that overwhelmed feeling you sometimes have and how to improve concentration. With a plan, you know what you want, you know how to get it, and you know how you can get there. Simply follow the plan. When you do, you will arrive at the point you need to be at in order to get what you are looking for.
Now you have all that figured out. You have set your goals and your plan is worked out. Despite setting your goals and having your plan, you still find it difficult to focus on the task at hand, and it’s still hard to get all your thoughts in order.
You might want to try keeping a journal, because it can help you identify what you are actually focusing on. You can then learn how to direct your focus wherever you need it to be.
