If she includes organic orange juice, then I don’t see why she doesn’t include organic milk. Normally milk is lodaed with all the growth hormones they give the cows, and who knows what else.

organic is very expansive~ i get my jeans @ walmart when on sale,or salvation army and yes I wear Tommy jeans and chicos. I own 5 pairs of shoes ONLY, and my veh. are paid for (old)but not clunkers.

@missgoddessoflove It’s interesting when people say this…Organic food is too expensive, healthy food is too expensive, I can’t afford it…
But yet you see them with 50 pairs of shoes from Foot Locker in their closet, you see them driving great cars, you see them wearing 40 dollar jeans etc…

Thank you for your inspiration for making these! I’ve actually gone crazy with them and added in my fish oil (since you can’t taste it once it’s blended), almond milk, different kinds of juice, quinoa, flaxseed, spinach, whey protein, etc. It’s fun to make them a little different every day!! and they do taste delicious!! Oh and I sweeten them with stevia if I want them sweeter.
