@HKichen The most saturated fats in one’s system the more viscous one’s blood stream gets and less permeable for cells to get in and out of our cell membranes. As a result, unsaturated is healthier than saturated because it is deos the blood and cells more justice. Think about this though, Calorie is energy added into our system, sat. FAT, and unsat. FAT is automatically “fat” added into our system.

i think he threw away the coconut because when it is shredded it is usually coated with processed sugar. i’m sure that she didn’t buy too much food that was good for her…so she probably bought coconut that had sugar on it.

hi natalie thanks for the video. My favorite combo is coconut and dark chocolate. very yummy. I also use fractionated coconut oil when doing holistic massages, as the oil is nice to work with and it leaves the body silky smooth.

@ragasganesh if you get gram flour, make thick liquid with water, add salt and red chilly power 1 spoon with asafetada, cut Brinjal or potato in round thin piece dip in the paste and deep fry it roasted, is good evening bite with cofee or tea, In India the dish is called BAJJI (Pakoda) along with fresh coconut paste, made of salt and green chilly. wonderful and tempting dish for a break. bye

Gram Flour : 1 cup, add fresh water and make a paste(thick liquid so as to dip the cut vegetable in it) add salt to taste and add red chilly powder 1 table spoon,for flavor asafateda. You can cut Brinjal or Potato in round dip in the paste deep fry it in coconut oil, it will be roasted, good taste for evening bite.
In my country India it is called BAJJI. It it with fresh coconut paste

@FlypaperGirl Can you get coconut in your country, then it is wonderful. I shall suggest you that you can add fresh coconut milk in Oats and tke it for breakfast, this will give you stomach and intestine good feeling, no or never acidity, you can cook cut potatoes in coconut oil and add Red Chilly powder and add salt to taste as a side dish. You can make mixed vegetable stew by adding coconut milk, add salt and use green chilly one or two as per your taste, serve for breakfast, bread, bye

I like Coconut foods, it is a diverse ingredient. It can be made with beverages, dessert, seafood, and even used to help heal and moisturize hair! Thanks for the video pose I now know know what else coconuts can be used for and how beneficial it is
Virgin pina colada’s are great, so is Puerto Rican Coconut Limbe dessert. I used to eat raw coconut with a little bit of lemon, salt and a pinch of chilli powder, or just coconut by itself, It reminds me of nice weather and paradise

@ragasganesh wow that’s intresting, can you give me some recipe with coconut oil for tasty paitry – want to try some, but here in UKraine we mostly use sunflower oil and butter and never coconuts
