It’s an exercise on the wii fit and there’s a challenge on their to beat the trainer and i’m a very competitive person so i had to beat her. .haha

OOOO- i’ve started doing that plank thing for a while now, the advanced one. 30 seconds used to kill me, now by some miracle i held it for 3 minutes, i’m getting alot stronger in my abs i think. It’s a great exercise

I KNOW!!! It is so EASY to find an excuse not to work out for a day!!! However-for the first time in my life i really feel like i can totally maintain this…feeling fantastic…and my clothes look so MUCH better!!! xxx

Hi Megan, great to see you up n’ at ‘em again!!! Looking fabulous as ever!! Great to see some of the challengers, and makes you feel ‘normal’ when you here their varied progress, because life just HAPPENS sometimes!! Rachel- please stay in there- i don’t care if you have lost no weight yet. Your encouragement and enthusiasm has meant the world to me and it’s good just to get a zap of a new health tip anyway every now and then. Sometimes you just are not ready yet. It took me a while too, an insult from a friend probably helped (!!!) .I feel great now. Please stay with us even if you lose the plot every now and then-we are all human and i love you being here xxx

Thanks Sue-it has made me feel so much better to have lost that excess weight. I have been blaming it on turning 40 for a few years, but it wasn’t that-it was my eating habits. Now i feel i can totally maintain what i am doing-it has not been difficult. xxxxxxx

Megan, thanks so much for asking Tim about spot reduction, I’m actually relieved to know it’s bogus! I had gotten off the challenge because I really just stopped doing it so I just felt that I was not participating so I’d ought to get off. I’ve had such a split focus about it..so I thought I’d give it a rest till I was more committed!!! I guess I have some internal work to do on this….thanks Tim and Megan, youtwo are great!!!!
