@waikikit2 muscles need about 48hours of rest. and muscles are divided in big muscle groups and small ones. The big ones are the chest, back & legs. U should train those on different days on not on the same day. Then u can start adding muscle groups like for example : back & biceps and chest & tricep and legs&shoulders.

@jachmed he isn’t gonig to answer to you, he get paid to do so in real life so..
what kind of abs do u want? if u want lean abs like a marathon runner u should work them out everyday with high reps and low weight. If u want abs like Rob u need to train them like any other bodypart and train them twice or maybe 3 times a week. But! for abs like rob your bodyfat needs to be around 6%. Without good nutrition u aren’t going to see your abs.

i’m 16 years old and i just started to workout a bit.
now this is what my sceduel look like:
monday, back, biceps
wednesday: chest, triceps
friday: legs, shoulder.
and i do somedays my abs.
wel now is my question, when shoudl i do my abs. at the same three days of my other body parts. or should i add a whole new day for my abs, so i can pay much more attention to them?

Anyone can answer me? Should I focus on one type of muscle at a time? I am confused… I usually train my biceps, triceps and shoulders at the same day… and then abs for the following day….
