It’s all about the calories. If you need more muscle mass, you gotta eat more calories than you burn a day. and then eat 2 gram protein per body kg.
So if i weight 70 kg, i need to get minimum 140 protein.

The way you warmed up with the light weights, then additional weight, then you got into your heavy lifting, is that how you should start all exercises? Like if you are trying to to 10 to 12 reps. how many sets would you recommend to prevent overtraining, like three? would the warm ups be included? Thanks for the video! You are the best.

I’m an ectomorph and i really have troubles gaininig weight and especially that my chest and forearms grow super slow comparing to arms and back!
