When I was loosing weight, I also kept thinking, “Every step counts, every step counts” because it really does! That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol – that should keep you motivated!) At the end of the day, its about being HEALTHY (not skinny) whatever that weight is for you. Dont compare yourself to other people, do what is best for YOU!

i never been fat… butttt my butt is like big and it doesnt match my skinnyness i mean its not like whooaaa big judy booty but its annoying and im trying to get rid of it for modeling but i dont know how to target that one part of my body any tipss??

@anniesbeautylife what if i dont go to the gym and just simply play basketball as a sport and go with a diet, will that help? because isnt basketball the same as goin to the gym cause u run, right? please answer this because i really want to loose weight but i wanna know if playing basketball will help at all

@parkranger487 Try joining a sports team at your school like soccer/basketball or gymnastics, dance classes to allow your body to move in different ways than just running on a treadmill. I think that will work great for you!

@parkranger487 elimanted the pb and bread and crackers eat one of them instead of 2 breadlike food. drink water alot but dont overdoit. its heathly but you have to instead of popcorn eat small snicker or small bag of lays all naturals salt and vinegar it contains only like 3 ingreditent i actually lose weight when i eat chips when ieat healthy food i gain weigh hope i helped asked me anything if you want:)

Oh wow I’ve been running on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes a day and no changes in a month. So all I have to do is switch it up? Aw I only have an ab twister and a treadmill. I don’t think the gym allows 13 yr olds

Can someone please tell me if my lunch is healthy? 1. Half a peanut butter sandwich on whole meal bread or multigrain. 2. Mandarin 3. Chopped up apple or pear. 4. 98% fat free crackers. 5. Popcorn lightly salted or I’ll have some rice cracks by Sakata or something
