@zoesker I’m not sure if my brain would be thinking of a big mac as a more fatty food as much as I would be thinking of it in a fast food convenience given the commercialism and marketing. You don’t see a bombardment of commercials on how appealing and wonderful fresh fruit is.

Diet soda is still full of the chemical flavors, dyes and sweetners. This is the worst part about any of the drinks, really. Not the calories. How about this, if you must have a burger: drink it with water and an apple.

@mykylc actually, partly both. Your brain will instictually attract you to the food that has more fat, as that will put more fat on you. Your brain is always attracted to foods that will put fat on you because of it’s survival instincts.

@Nervonous except it’s not just the calories that you have to worry about. There’s the chemical flavors, sugars and dyes. Coconut juice is a naturally isotropic drink or you can drink lots of water and eat a banana. Either of those options is much better for you than Gatorade.

not to sound like an ass, and i only watched the part about gatoraid, but when im running around playing soccor, football or w/e sweating my ass off losing electrolights [or however you spell it] the first thing i want to grab i dont think would be a banana lol, id want somthing to quench my thirst.
