@ifassnacht we are adapting to it. If a caveman ate the foods we have today he would probably get sick in his stomach and stuff. these days we can actually have a coke, some chips and some cookies and still be alright. Sure it might not be healthy, but you can actually survive on it

The strawberries look good. It’s ridiculous if people think you shouldn’t eat fruit. Sugar isn’t bad if you consume it in moderation. We need a little bit of sugar.

The information is this video is excellent. I’ve heard many opinions on whether or not you should eat fruit. Of course I know that fruit is GREAT for you, but I have heard that fruit contains sugar and therefore you should not eat it. I would have to wonder if these same people view eating white breads and soft drinks and some of the numerous processed and packaged foods that contain sugar the same way. Anyway, fiber count lowers carb count in foods, and fruit is loaded with fiber. So there!

I agree with this video, except for one thing: you mentioned apple has B12, which if it would be true, would make all vegans (including me) veery happy :] unfortunately B12 is not found in fruits or veggies

@mrjointsmoke Ok, fruit contains fructose sugar not HFCS. Fructose is naturally occurring and needed by our bodies. It is a simple sugar which is a building block for cells. If you are active, fruit and lean proteins are some of the best foods you can eat. We have been eating it ever since our existence. The chocolate bar and cans of coke will promote fat and poor health whether you exercise or not. So, you eluding to the chocolate bar really doesn’t make sense.

personally i only eat 3 portions of a fruit a day and yes its high in sugar, more than most chocolate bars tbh lol, but its the only source of sugar i get in all my foods and if i didnt eat any theres no way i could exercise the way i do, so dont be afraid of it, its your energy food and most of the sugar gets stored away for when your body needs it most. so basically yes its good for u, yes its bad ,if u dont do any exercise at all then thats when all the stored sugar will just turn to fat.

@jfigearo vegetable are not betetr than fruit they take forever to digest. if you noticed all the herbivore animals have swollen bellies. they dont taste anywhere near as good b/c you were NOT originally meant to eat them. why else do things like onions/garlic taste so BAD. they taste bad to avoid being eaten

i forgot to add……when i was put on the bullshit candida diet (misdiagnosed by an idiot councelor) which eliminated fruit too:
1) the dermatitis on my skin soon spread immensely &
2) my face quickly became flaky & burned constantly. TRUTH.
