@express375 ah the Smith machine! I didn’t think about that at all. Thanks for the tips. I never put collars on my bench press bar. Its too dangerous.

@JoeDaPlumber Yeah if you haven’t got a spotter,you will either never go to failure,or you will, and kill yourself!!
I used to use a smith machine for chest,and if you can’t get it up all the way you can hook/lock it,wait a few seconds and then push it right up.I’d say that was failure.
Another way is to not have no collars on the bar,tip the weights of one side,and the other side will shoot down,and you’ll be free.If there’s anyone around,they might get killed though?

My last show was on Sunday last week and it was awesome! I have taken an anatomy class and i am currently taking another more advance one. Just shut the fuck up already, their is an obvious reason why the bench is at a decline and incline. Apparently you need to get more educated and experience you scrawny piece of scum.

when I do decline I get a little scared. I have a feeling that it is going to fall on me since my triceps are all weak at that pt. I do it towards the end.

Would that be regular bench of decline bench? Listen up short stack, learn anatomy, learn exercise physiology and a little biomechanics and then maybe people will take you seriously. So you are a Pro builder huh? What is the last show you did? Gotta be a youtube video on it right?

Mario, being strong and sticking 21-25 gauge needles in your ass, and gobbling down UG d-bols means shit. Unless you have a scientific background your experience means shit. Take a look at Dorians blood and guys chest workout. Working the muscle from different angles is important for the different stimulus but not to develop different parts of a single muscle.
Which exercise helps me develop the lower part of the anterior Delt. Bodybuilders generally make me laugh.

Yes i do. When you are at a decline you use more of your lower pec than the rest of your chest. This makes you work out the lower chest more effectively, while still exercising the rest of the chest. I am a pro body builder and i know this because of research and experience so do not start yapping about things you do not know.

Really makes me shake my head when I see these videos from guys who have no education in anatomy or biomechanics talk about certain exercises working certain parts of a muscle. Decline works the whole pec. You either contract the whole muscle or none of it. Lower pecs my ass.
