@fedegroxo well actually he was WELL over 300 pounds when he was at his strongest. he has since lost a lot of weight but I never said he was healthy, just strong.

i am ectomorf 147 pounds/65 kilos,6′2”/188 cm and almost 16 years old.I train with an 22 pounds/10 kg dumbell 4.4 pounds dumbell and an 11 pounds dumbell.I Eat healthy and every day fruits and vegetables an i play fotball 90 minutes per day.Can you please tell me an workout and a diet to gain 1 kg of weight per month????thank you!!!please respond!!

@koenbp I know and this dude is actually wrong (typical of bodybuilders, often wrong but never in doubt). “pushing with feet, lifting hips up… so much risk of injury.” then why do the pros (powerlifters, strongmen, ect) utilize these tactics to push massive weight, and why don’t we hear about them getting jacked up all the time? people should listen to their body when lifting, and use a little discretion/common sense. beyond that there are no rules, what works for one may not work for another.

@ArmenianBeatboxer You’ll get there, when your young, I only assume you are, just a constant increase in food is all you really need. Supplementation really shouldn’t be needed, though it can help if taken properly, you don’t need it. Just keep working out and you’ll get there… it’s also good to have a buddy to help you push yourself a little more, negatives can build muscle really fast if you do them properly, just make sure you have a GOOD spotter

@jordan19862000 No your wrong. Doing burn/kill sets with high reps and lower weight gives you the cut and tones your muscle. All lower calorie intake and cardio does is burn fat.

I can barely do 135 but I do everything else good like high weights on everything else… I need more mass that’s why. Being an ectomorph sucks cock. But oh well crying doesn’t help, complaining doesn’t help. That is why I eat like a fucking horse these days and train like a warrior. My dream is to be able to do 245s
Hopefully one day ill reach it. All natural is hard but worth it!
