She’s changing the time in between reps because muscles adapt to the same ol’ thing. She does do slow reps. But in order to keep up the muscle confusion, she shortened the time in between reps.
If she would slow the exercise down just a little, just by getting the negative and feel the weight, she would get ripped that much faster. OH! she is fine as F*CK!
