@alehax27 Also this is what I do, If I boil the the veggies with the water, I have to force myself to drink the boiled and hot water… but that’s just me..

@alehax27 Yes it does, when you boil it all the nutrition is in the water, you CAN boil it, but not to the point where the water is boiling, I’d say let it steam.

@kazdaddy830 no they dont. they’re acutally fresher frozen because they’re frozen right after harvesting

What about canned or frozen veggies. Does it make a difference? Or do veggies need to be fresh?
