All we need is to move our ass. People move! Then eat what your body wants to eat and not more. But move! Even McD can be ok as long as you run or walk.

thats all nice and well, but in todays hectic life preparing foods that spoil quickly is very very inconveinent. back when we we less evolved we looked at the food and said ‘its good’ so we ate it? not exactly, theres definitely poisonous wild food that is deadly to ingest, so that wasn’t entirely accurate.
I don’t care if its a preservative, I’ll eat whatever the hell I want and counter-balance with vitamins suppliments and some vegetables here and there..fruit too..

Certified Clinical Nutritionist? May I ask through what institution did you recieved this title? By whom was the program accredited? I am sorry you misunderstand the role of a Registered Dietitian, as well the point of my initial post.

A huge difference? alright, may I ask you to cite the source of this “fact”? I would also like to read the literature to which you refer about hormone levels changing to maintain homeostasis. Dietetics is an evidence based science, so unless you can produce some valid research, I cannot respect your personal opinion.
