You must eat a protein and a carb combined together every 3 hours. 2. Dont eat anything that took more energy to ship than to grow. If it rots its good for your. If it is made in a plant stay away; if it comes from a plant, eat it. 3. If you are not hungry enough to eat an apple, then youre not hungry. 4. Eat foods in inverse proportion to how much its lobby spends to push it. 5. Avoid snack foods with the oh sound in their names Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Ho Hos, etc. 6. Eat your protein first then your carb 7. Its better to pay the grocer than the doctor. Pay for genuine organic food as often as possible. The best place to get the freshest organic foods is at your local farmers market. They advertise in your local paper or google search local farmers markets________ (your home town) 8. I’m sitting at about 11% bodyfat right now and just trying to shred down to around 5-8%. How do you feel about whey protein as soon as you wake up in the morning to preserve lean muscle? I realize after an 8-10hr fast we’re in a fat burning mode but isnt it also catabolic? Would it be alright to take 25-30g of whey right when i wake up and then do my hiit session? Would i still be in a fat burning mode after this?

@RAFA7810 One of the most shredded guys I know takes NO Xplode before his conditioning, so it can’t be that harmful. But if you’re nutrition isn’t perfect anyway it probably doesn’t matter.

On non resistance days, if I workout first thing in the morning while I’m in the fat burning zone, Can I take a pre workout supplement such as NO Xplode or Super pump or does that defeat the purpose.

@sportalien27 milk contains fat…, as far as orange juice i dont know wtf hes talking about besides the fact that its acidic and bad for your teeth, 1 glass a day is all you need according to many studies

I was worried I wasn’t eating enough when I was Hungry. Thanks too you I know now that I was have been doing it right. I have been Increasing my protein intake with eggs and adding fresh raw vegatables. Spinach, Broccoli,Carrots(not so much carrots),Green Onions. More nuts like Pastacios and soy nuts. I was getting Chicken and Beef before so no changed there. Got rid of processed carbs almost completely.
