Use monohydrate, make sure it’s fully dissolved (see other vids here on that issue) and try that. Usually cures all stomach issues.

I’m taking the purple capsules (krealkyln something). I’m getting bad stomach bloat but do hv hiatal hernia and take prevacid. Anyway to minimize? Otherwise very good strength and muscle gain from creatine.

I look pregnant now at 9 percent bodyfat and my abs stick out like crazy and I look full. It’s so weird its like I have a muscle gut ahha crazy shit.

I have been told lots of things about it. 90% of the people tell me that once u quit taking it you will hold on to the water which gives you the bloat because it is not being drawn to ur muscles like when u were taking it. So they say if u quit u get fat…. So if some one can tell me if this is true or false..

Used creatine in 6-week cycles from time to time over the past 5 years and never got a bloat.
Just nice, full muscles and more strength in the gym.

As long as it’s fully dissolved (see other vids) you don’t require additional water beyond normal intakes, which you factor by activity levels, temps, etc.

how much water should u drink using creatine, i try to drink at least 3 litres a day is that sufficent?

I remember getting a bloat in my gut from using celltech about 10 years ago, you would think i learned my lesson but no i tried it again almost 3 years ago and again got the gut. After reading your ebook is when i learned of all the gimmicks and crap/fillers that is in things like celltech. But now I make sure that my creatine or anything that needs to be dissolved is dissolved before taking it.

i took about for 2 months after ny workout it increases my weight frm 71 to 74 kg.. bt nw as i am taking it during my work out frm 2 months showing no extra gain in weight…
