www.IntervalCardio.com Click here http To Lose Fat and Gain Muscle with my online program from anywhere in the world. Or come into our private studio here in Chicago. Check out our life / body changing programs at; www.DarinSteen.com Who’s arms are bigger? Vince’s or Mine? Chipotle Burritto is celebrating 18 years in business. They take pride in giving us a top quality meal. They call it “Food With Integrity”!! I love Chipotle, and you should too!! 2 take aways from this video are; 1.) when you eat healthy food, every 3 hours, and combine protein with carbs, you can eat lots and lots of food while you boost your body’s metabolism. Your body will be forced to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. 2.) By eating food at Chipotle you can feel great that you are eating a very high quality meal. This is so important. I have not eaten at McDonald or other fast food places in over 15 years. The average restaurants food has some chemicals and preservatives in it that it will kill you. “U – 2; Have The Power To Change!!” Make The Rest of Your Life… The Best of Your Life…!! I only eat Chipotle Burritos on leg day. If I eat there and it is not on leg day, I will eat only 1 of the Burrito and save the other half for later. Get plenty of hot sauce on it as this also helps your body burn fat faster. I like to get 1/3 chicken, 1/3 shredded spicy beef, and 1/3 steak. It taste great, but that way you get a more broad arrangement of amino acids. And that is always good. I started …

BTW Doesn’t McDonald’s own a big part of Chipotle?

@ddgym65 I get the same response! The bottom line is that they don’t have to understand it. Extraordinary results require extraordinary measures, and that usually means leaving the majority behind. 64% of Americans are overweight or obese, so it’s easy to see why walking the healthy path in America is lonely sometimes.

@vanillarice1 You have to be willing to try an live your life how you want. If your boss wont let you and you want it bad enough, then find a boss who will or quit! It all depends on how bad you want it! Here is a great quote “The greatest thing is, at any moment, to be willing to give up who we are in order to become all that we can be.” I love that an live by it.

@vanillarice1 Maybe you don’t feel you are a crab and thats great! It came across negative… an thats how I look at negative people an remarks. Sorry if it offended you. All the Best!

@Torashin I’m not pulling anyone down, your crab analogy is void. I preach this lifestyle, I don’t discourage it. I’m forever tweaking my diet. If you look in the right places you’ll find diet guru’s that are willing to share a wealth of knowledge about correct dieting for your goals.I now have a good understanding of TDEE, maintenance, macro/micronutrient levels, supplementation and I’m forever learning. The only issue I had was with meal frequency/size, and the free time you have to eat them

@fatlosslifestyle Sorry if I offended you or anyone else.I admit I came off as an ignorant SOB, I am a subscriber and support you 100%. My main concern is how realistic is it to assume the average blue collar worker would have a boss that tolerates such frequent meal breaks? 2-3mins for a meal is very quick so maybe I need to have smaller meals and eat faster. I still believe 6 meals will see almost anyone ripped, you own your own gym so you call the meal breaks but I don’t have that luxury.

@fatlosslifestyle Hey Darin what meals do you make that are so quick? I really struggle finding the time to make and eat all my meals. Really love your channel by the way man!

May 3rd, 2011 on 10:39 pm
couldnt agree more with what he said about the people who bitch about their metabolism
May 3rd, 2011 on 11:00 pm
Darin, also if you notice you had to jump in twice to stop the negativity coming from Vince.
May 3rd, 2011 on 11:36 pm
Vince is very negative, your videos deserve better. I’m sure he is a great person but he gives off the attitude that he is better than everyone else, and if you don’t do it his way your doomed to ill health. Keep up the videos Darin! Your positive mind set and understanding that everyone is different but we can all be healthy has a positive effect on many people.

@ballzyification I don’t think so, Its about $8-9, but with the beans, meat, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, etc, its a complete and balanced meal, so you don’t need to purchase anything else with it. ,
