Bryan is a master. Those that have taken classes under his instruction know this.

I’ve met Bryan and had 10 minutes of undivided attention in Ballard, WA. As a sports kinesiologist of 14 years- he’s taught me more in that 10 minutes than what I’ve learned in many journals of the body. He is genuine- if you get the opportunity to meet him you will know this, he’s pretty cool too!

hilina, are Kest’s workouts much more challenging than Yee’s beginner series, or are you more advanced than that?

Brian seems genuine… I’ve been hitting the power yoga for beginners series with Rodney, but even that is a bloody challenge. This looks crazy.

I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over two years now, and Bryan Kest is the best teacher that I’ve come across (in video) so far. Baron Baptise and Rodney Lee have honorable mention, but Bryan works best for me.

I’ve been studying yoga since 13, and lived in an ashram up in San Francisco, the whole bramhacharya lifestyle until the age of 26. I came and taught in Los ageles (originally from MI) and I really admire the way Brian K. works to keep authenticity. Yoga becoming so trendy and misunderstood discouraged me as a teacher. I admire him for strength in keeping it real. GG
