www.LeeHayward.com To watch the previous parts of my supplement review guide click on the links below Part 1: www.youtube.com Part 2: www.youtube.com Part 3: www.youtube.com In this 4th video I’m going to focus on the essential and foundational supplements that you need to take for overall health and fitness. Primarily greens, essential fatty acids, & multi-vitamins. These are the “must have” supplements that everyone should take, regardless if you are into serious bodybuilding or not. Laying the foundation of essential supplements and proper nutrition is critical before moving on to the more “advanced” muscle building and fat burning supplements which I’ll be covering in more detail in my next video.

@mrlatino187
You don’t need to overdose on vitamins. I’d rather take smaller doses more frequently, compared to taking a mega dose all at once.

@rumple4skin25
One or two greens drink per day is plenty. You can mix it in with a protein shake, blender smoothie, or whatever. Timing isn’t that important, the main thing is that you take them consistently.

@jmiller331989 Dude opti mens is top notch multivitmain and you can get it cheap from bodybuilding web site. And you only gotta take like 2-3 per day. Animal pak is good but I dont feel like swallowing 25 pills at once. And centrum is a coach potatoe muti not some one who wants to be working out and staying on there game.
