Bicep Curl Place both feet on tube and hold handles firmly. A wider feet stance, the more rigorous the routine would be. Slowly bend the elbows and curl hands up towards shoulder. Release and repeat. If done consistently, this band resistance training exercise will tone your biceps in no time.
Chest Press Wrap the band around something that is sturdy. Then,grasp the handles firmly in each hand making sure that both palms are in front of one another. The elastic tubing must be running along inside of the arms and placed under the armpits. Gently, squeeze your chest and press arms. Repeat the whole process.
One-Armed Reverse Fly First, place the front feet to step on one end of the band. Using one hand, hold the other end and slowly lean over. Ideally, you must lean over using torso with 45 degree angle and your abs tucked in. The elbow must be slowly bended which makes the hands correctly hold the bands. Lift your arm up to your shoulders making sure that you contract shoulder blades.
