I am a little late coz I see this vid was post early last month but I would love to take on the challenge. My weight is seriously starting to depress me so I really need to take control of my weight and I no by doing this it will help my skin as well. Although we live in different parts of the world I would love to take on this challenge with you and motivate each other via u tube or email to get to are goal. xxx

I’m lucky my first two 60 minutes are covered by basketball and soccer and then just three more hours of dancing running on the treadmill and crunches to go

I think that this is a really good challenge. But, I dont think I would even be able to do week one because I go to college and I would pack my lunch but I dont think it would be good by time I would eat it so it is easy for me to just eat something quick at the school and they have a burger king. So, that week would be a fail.

I’m 5′4″ and I just want to lose 5 pounds. If I lose 10 which you said is the minimum I’ll only weigh 95 lbs!

I have found this diet that actually works buts its really hard and you lose like 5 to 7 pounds a week or about 20 pounds off but I have gone off track and what I lost I gained it all back
now i have to restart! wish me luck! Thanks so much for the video you inspire me to get it done

You know what might be really cool. Is if at the end of the 10 Week Weight Loss Challenge you ask your viewers to send in before and after photos of themselves and you could make a cool slideshow like 10 Week Weight Loss Challenge Sucess stories or something and you can say how much weight each of them lost and then at the end you can end it with before and after pictures of yourself and tell us how much weight you loss. I think it could be a cool viewer collab video idea. Just a thought!
